海绵杯子蛋糕

这食谱我试了很多次还是失败>_<
上层没问题,很绵很软,就是下层总是变kuih
这食谱和简易香橙小蛋糕的做法差不多一样,
不知为什么就是会失败:(

食谱转自:The Kitchen 70’s

A:蛋2个,幼糖60g (可减10g)
B:低筋粉60g
C:无盐奶油15g,鲜奶25g

1)将C隔水加热至奶油溶解
2)把蛋打散,加入糖用电动搅拌器打发至变白
3)筛入B用打蛋器轻轻拌匀至无颗粒
4)取少量面糊加入已溶化的C中拌匀
5)再倒回入做法(3)用橡皮刀快速拌匀
6)倒入纸杯,放入已预热的烤箱以180度烘约15分钟

  1. Don't worry, i've tried this recipe and i've the same problem too..

    The flour seems to sink to the bottom even i've mixed it well.. I wonder why too..

    They're in the fridge, waiting to be brought to the park and feed the fish..
